To test the tenderizing effect of Fidel Hammer Meat Tenderizing Salt with crocodile meat, we did a cooking demonstration. We prepared two samples of crocodile meat, one was with Fidel Hammer Meat Tenderizing Salt and one was without. We sprinkled Fidel Hammer directly on the crocodile meat and let it stand for 10 minutes for it to be completely absorbed. We boiled the 2 samples of crocodile meat for 30 minutes and according to Chef Nestor Perilla, there was a big difference with regards to the tenderness and taste of the crocodile meat. The crocodile meat with Fidel Hammer Meat Tenderizing Salt was easier to chew and it had no after taste or pungent smell.
