To test the tenderizing effect of Fidel Hammer Meat Tenderizing Salt with crocodile meat, we did a cooking demonstration. We prepared two samples of crocodile meat, one was with Fidel Hammer Meat Tenderizing Salt and one was without. We sprinkled Fidel Hammer directly on the crocodile meat and let it stand for 10 minutes for it to be completely absorbed.
